What is the difference between Starter and Plus/Pro output?
Every paid plan (Starter, Plus, Pro) renders a real AI-generated video: the creator you pick talks straight to the camera with Google Veo, with lip movement that matches the voice, plus burned-in captions timed to the speech. Plus and Pro add 4K exports, batch mode, 25 languages, brand kits and AI B-roll cutaways. Before you subscribe you can watch finished example ads on the site to check the script style and the look.
Can I actually use these videos in paid ads?
Yes. Every ad you generate on a paid plan (Starter, Plus, Pro) comes with full commercial rights. Run them on Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, or wherever you advertise. No royalties, no usage caps on distribution, no additional licensing fee. The subscription price is the whole cost.
What happens if I hit my generation limit mid-month?
We stop new generations at the limit and let you know. You can upgrade to a higher tier at once: the bigger limit applies right away, your billing date stays the same, and the price difference for the rest of the current period is prorated. You can also wait for your monthly quota to reset on the 1st of the next month.
Can I get a refund?
No. Payments are final, which is why the example ads are on the site for you to judge before paying. A charge is returned only after a double charge on our side, a proven unauthorised charge reported within 14 days, or a full outage we could not fix. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your plan until the paid period ends. The full rules are in our refund policy.
What is the difference between the yearly and monthly price?
Yearly billing gives you a 50% discount versus paying month to month. Starter goes from $49/mo to $24/mo (billed as $288 per year). Plus goes from $149/mo to $74/mo (billed as $888 per year). Pro goes from $499/mo to $249/mo (billed as $2,988 per year). The yearly plan is billed upfront as a single payment.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
Yes, both. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. An upgrade is charged right away as the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. A downgrade turns the unused part of your plan into credit for your next invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your paid features until then, then they switch off. Your projects and generated videos stay in your account.
Is there a free plan or a free ad?
No. UGCGen has no free plan and does not generate ads for free. You can watch finished example ads on the site before you sign up. To generate your own, create your account, choose a plan and pay, and your first ad renders in minutes. Every paid plan exports without a watermark at 1080p (Starter) or 4K (Plus/Pro).
Do I need to disclose that my ads use AI-generated content?
Platform policies vary and are evolving. Meta, TikTok, and Google have guidelines around AI-generated content in ads, and some jurisdictions have emerging disclosure requirements. It is your responsibility as the advertiser to understand and follow the disclosure rules that apply to your campaigns.
