You agree not to use UGCGen to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, illegal, or violates the rights of others. You must not use generated content to impersonate real individuals or create deceptive endorsements. UGCGen and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UGCGen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

UGCGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and generated content may be deleted after 30 days.
