Billo Pricing 2026: Billo Cost Per UGC Video, the Billo App Packs and Billo Alternatives
Billo stopped publishing its prices publicly in mid 2025, which is why no two articles agree on what it charges. Here is the last price list Billo actually published, the archive record that dates it, the terms its 2026 contract commits you to, and the cost per finished video worked out. Or skip the packs entirely: paste a product URL on the right and render a UGC-style ad in minutes.

Billo pricing was last published as three prepaid packs: $500 for up to 5 videos, $1,000 plus a $125 bonus for up to 11 videos, and $2,500 plus a $450 bonus for up to 30 videos. That works out to roughly $100, $91 and $83 per finished video. Billo no longer shows those numbers on its site: billo.app/pricing redirects to a signup wall, and Billo's 2026 Terms of Service state that current pricing sits at manage.billo.app/profile/wallet, inside an account. Its managed service starts from $2,000 a month on top of creator costs. If you want a per-video number you can see before you sign anything, UGCGen starts at $49 a month and is counted in finished ads, with no product to ship. The whole category priced side by side sits on our AI UGC pricing pillar.

Billo pricing packs and what each one worked out to per video
This is the price list from the last public version of the Billo app pricing page, captured by the Internet Archive on April 26, 2025 and bylined February 2025. Every figure in the first four columns is Billo's own wording. The cost per video column is ours: pack price divided by the video count Billo stated on the same card.
| Pack | You pay | Bonus added | Balance | Videos covered | Cash per video |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $500 | None | $500 | Up to 5 videos | $100.00 |
| Essential | $1,000 | $125 | $1,125 | Up to 11 videos | $90.91 |
| Professional (marked best value) | $2,500 | $450 | $2,950 | Up to 30 videos | $83.33 |
| Managed service | From $2,000 per month | Not applicable | Billed monthly, in advance | Tailored to monthly task volume | Management fee only, videos extra |
| UGCGen Starter | $49 per month | Not applicable | No balance to spend down | Counted in finished ads | Single-digit dollars |
The pack page also stated the terms around that balance: "No subscriptions, no contracts. Buy once and use your balance to order videos for 12 months." Funds were valid for 12 months from purchase and any unused remainder expired and was non-refundable. The same page carried a "get a full refund if you do not find the right creator" promise and a claim of 22,000 or more clients. Treat all of it as the April 2025 state of play and confirm today's numbers in your own account wallet before you buy.
Billo has not published a public price list since mid 2025
Load billo.app/pricing today and you do not get a pricing page. The URL redirects, and what renders is a signup form headed "Create a business account". Render the page in a real browser and the only words on it are the signup fields, the terms links and the footer. There is no pricing page in Billo's own sitemap either: the page sitemap lists the homepage, the managed service page, for-brands, for-agencies, creativeops and a long list of guides, and no pricing URL among them.
Billo's 2026 Terms of Service say where the numbers went, in plain language: "Current pricing and fee structures are available at https://manage.billo.app/profile/wallet." That is an in-account page. You have to create a business account before the platform will tell you what it charges.
The Internet Archive dates the change. Captures of billo.app/pricing returned a live page with the three packs on it through April 26, 2025. Every capture after that, starting June 29, 2025 and running through September 8, 2026, returns a redirect. So the public price list has been gone for well over a year, while article after article still quotes the packs, or quotes a $99 per video figure, as if it were current vendor information.
What this means when you compare tools
You cannot build a side-by-side budget from Billo's website. You can only get a quote, and quotes are tailored, which is the point of gating them. If you need to know your cost per finished ad before a card is charged, that is a reason on its own to shortlist tools that still publish numbers. Two of the three vendors on our AI UGC pricing comparison publish enough to calculate cost per ad; Billo now publishes none of it.
What Billo's 2026 terms actually commit you to
The pack price is the part everyone writes about. The billing terms are the part that decides whether a $2,500 order was a good idea, and they are published, free to read and rarely quoted. These are from Billo's Terms of Service dated 2026.
Payment is charged upfront
Payment is taken at the time the order is created, by credit card, and Billo says it may apply a credit card surcharge. You are funding the work before a creator has been matched to it.
Charges are final and non-refundable
Outside one clause that lets Billo decide at its own discretion whether compensation is warranted, and whether that comes as money or platform credit, the terms state that all charges are final and non-refundable regardless of whether the order is cancelled.
The creator sets the price of extras
On additional assets the creator determines the base price shown to you, and Billo may add a commission on top. Your per-video cost is therefore not fixed by a pack, it moves with what you order and who you hire.
Late payment carries a fee
If a payment fails or you default, Billo may apply a late fee of 10 percent per annum with a $10 a month minimum, suspend or terminate access to the platform and your orders, and withdraw any credit terms it had granted.
Subscriptions bill in advance, with no pro rata
For the CreativeOps subscription, fees are charged in advance each period and all payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial months, unused features or early cancellation. There are no pro-rated refunds for unused access.
The balance has a shelf life
Prepaid funds were valid for 12 months from purchase, after which the unused remainder expired and was not refundable. If your launch calendar slips two quarters, the pack can lose value without you having ordered anything.
None of this is unusual for a creator marketplace, and none of it makes Billo a bad buy. It does mean the real question is not "what does a Billo video cost" but "what am I committing before I have seen a single frame". That is the question a tool you can test in a browser answers differently.
Billo cost per video against the rest of the shortlist
Two very different things get called UGC. One is a real person you pay to hold your product. The other is a rendered video with a synthetic presenter. They cost roughly a hundred times different amounts per asset, and the honest comparison keeps that difference visible instead of hiding it.
| Platform | What you are buying | Entry commitment | Cost per finished video | Ship product? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Billo | Real creators filming your product, prepaid balance | $500 pack (last published price) | About $100 falling to $83 on the largest pack | Yes |
| Billo managed service | Sourcing, briefing and creator management for you | From $2,000 per month, plus video costs | Adds about $100 per video at 20 videos a month | Yes |
| Insense | Creator marketplace access, you pay creators separately | $650 trial month, then $1,500 a quarter | About $185 in month one at ten videos, on Insense's own $100 creator floor | Usually |
| Creatify | AI presenters, credit allowance | $39 per month, 100 credits | About $1.95 for a 15 second ad | No |
| Tagshop AI | AI presenters, credit allowance with video caps | $29 per month for up to 5 videos | About $5.80 monthly, $2.80 paid annually | No |
| UGCGen | AI creators speaking your script, priced in finished ads | $49 per month, free tier to test first | Known before you buy, no credit conversion | No |
Insense figures were read from insense.pro/pricing on September 9, 2026, including its own statement that UGC campaigns start at $100 per video and its marketplace fee of 20 percent on the trial, 10 percent on Brand and 7 percent on Agency. Creatify and Tagshop figures come from their published credit formulas. Where a vendor publishes no conversion between credits and videos, we say so rather than estimating.
When $100 a video is the right call, and when it is not
Buy Billo packs when
The ad depends on a human physically using the product: a texture, a fit, an unboxing, a before and after, food going into a mouth. Real hands and real reactions are what you are paying $83 to $100 for, and no renderer replaces them. Billo's own brand form starts its ad spend bands at $15,000 a month, so it is built for brands with a creative budget line.
Buy the managed service when
You have the budget but not the hours. From $2,000 a month buys sourcing, briefing and chasing, which is a genuine job. Model it as a management layer on top of video cost, not instead of it, and it needs volume to make sense: spread over five videos a month it is $400 of overhead each.
Use AI UGC when
You are testing hooks, angles, scripts and audiences and you need fifteen variants this week, not five videos in three weeks. At single-digit dollars an ad you can afford to be wrong twelve times, which is how creative testing actually works. Then spend the Billo money on the two angles that won.
Most brands that run both end up in the same place: AI for volume and iteration at the top of the funnel, real creators for the handful of assets that need a human holding the thing. Our UGC creator marketplace comparison covers the human side in more detail, and the Billo alternative page covers what changes when you stop shipping product to strangers.
Billo pricing questions
How much does Billo cost?
The last publicly published Billo app pricing ran three prepaid packs: $500 for up to 5 videos, $1,000 with a $125 bonus for up to 11 videos, and $2,500 with a $450 bonus for up to 30 videos. That page was captured on April 26, 2025 and has redirected since. Current Billo pricing is shown inside an account wallet, so the honest answer today is that you have to ask.
How much is Billo per video?
Divide each pack by its own stated video count and you get $100 per video on Basic, $90.91 on Essential and $83.33 on Professional. Those divisions are ours. Reported real-world rates run higher, because faster delivery, extra usage rights and premium creator selection are billed on top, and under Billo's terms the creator sets the base price on additional assets.
Does Billo still publish its pricing?
No. billo.app/pricing redirects to a signup wall, there is no pricing URL in Billo's page sitemap, and its 2026 Terms of Service point to manage.billo.app/profile/wallet for current pricing and fee structures. Archive captures show the public page redirecting in every capture from June 2025 through September 2026, so anything quoting it as current is quoting a page that no longer exists.
Is Billo a subscription or do you pay per video?
The packs were prepaid balance rather than subscription: buy once, spend it down on orders, no automatic renewal. The managed service and CreativeOps are subscriptions billed monthly in advance, and the terms state those payments are final and non-refundable including partial months and early cancellation. So Billo now sells both models, and which one you are quoted depends on the conversation.
Do Billo funds expire?
Yes. The published pack page stated funds were valid for 12 months from the day of purchase and any unused remainder expired and was non-refundable. That is the detail worth pinning down in writing before you buy the largest pack for the discount, because a 30 video balance only saves you money if you actually order 30 videos inside the year.
Is there a Billo free trial?
There is no free trial. The smallest published entry point was a $500 pack, and Billo's terms charge payment upfront at order creation. The older pack page did promise a full refund if you could not find the right creator, which is a narrower promise than a trial: it covers not hiring, not disliking the finished video. Compare that with a tool where you can render a real ad before paying anything.
How much is Billo's managed service?
Billo's managed service page states it starts from $2,000 a month, tailored to your monthly task volume and billed monthly in advance. It covers sourcing, briefing and managing creators. Video and creator costs are separate, so at twenty videos a month the management layer adds roughly $100 to every finished video, and at five videos a month it adds $400.
What are the best Billo alternatives and competitors?
If you want apps like Billo with real creators, Insense and Trend are the closest, though Insense adds a platform subscription from $500 a month plus a 7 to 20 percent marketplace fee on creator payments. Among Billo competitors on the AI side, Creatify, Arcads and UGCGen render finished ads for single-digit dollars with no shipping. Our Billo app alternative page compares them properly.
Is Billo worth it for a small brand?
It depends on your ad spend. Billo's own brand enquiry form opens its monthly ad spend bands at $15,000 to $30,000, which is a fair signal of who it is designed to serve. At $3,000 a month in spend, a $500 minimum, product shipping, a 12 month balance clock and a gated price list are a lot of friction for five videos. That brand usually gets further testing scripts cheaply first.
See a finished ad before anyone charges your card
A gated price list, a prepaid balance and a 12 month clock are all decisions you make before seeing any output. Paste a product URL, pick a creator, and watch a watermark-free UGC-style ad render. No card to start, no product to ship, and the plan is counted in finished ads rather than a balance you have to spend down.
