TopView AI Pricing 2026: TopView AI Review, TopView Pricing Plans and Cost Per Video Clip
Every TopView plan in both billing states, read off TopView's own pricing page: what Pro, Business, Ultra and Team cost monthly and annually, how many credits each one really carries, and what a 30 second video clip costs once the credits are converted into dollars. Or skip the conversion: paste a product URL on the right and render a finished UGC ad in minutes.

TopView AI pricing runs four self-serve plans. Billed monthly, Pro is $29 for 80 credits, Business is $75 for 250 credits, Ultra is $150 for 500 credits (shown at $120 during the current promotion) and Team is $130 per seat for 500 credits per seat. Billed annually the same plans read $16, $44, $50 and $56 per seat a month. The $16 headline is the one most reviews repeat, and it buys 960 credits for the whole year, which TopView itself translates into about 640 seconds of Seedance 2.5 video at 720P. That is under a minute of footage a month. A 30 second clip costs roughly $16.31 on Pro monthly and $3.60 on Ultra annual, a spread of more than four to one on the same model. If you would rather buy finished ads than model seconds, UGCGen plans are counted in ad generations and video renders. The whole category priced on one page lives on our AI UGC pricing pillar.

TopView pricing plans, monthly and annual side by side
TopView's pricing page opens on the annual toggle with a promotion countdown running above the cards, so that is the version most people screenshot. Here are both states. Read the allowance column carefully, because the unit is not the same on every row.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Monthly allowance | Annual billing | Annual allowance | Concurrent tasks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $29 a month | 80 credits a month | $16 a month, $192 for the year | 960 credits, all upfront | 4 |
| Business | $75 a month | 250 credits a month | $44 a month, $528 for the year | 3,000 credits, all upfront | 8 |
| Ultra | $150 list, $120 on the promotion shown | 500 credits a month | $50 a month, $599.90 for the year | 500 credits a month, each drop expires | 12 |
| Team | $130 per seat a month | 500 credits per seat a month | $56 per seat a month, $672 per seat a year | 500 credits per seat a month, expiring | 30 in total |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Custom credits per seat | Quoted | Shared credit pool, invoice billing | Custom |
| UGCGen Plus | $149 a month | 50 AI video renders plus 500 ad generations | $74 a month, $888 for the year | Same monthly allowance | Batch mode, 20 variants a run |
TopView figures read from the rendered pricing page with each billing toggle clicked on September 15, 2026, while a limited time promotion was running. Every TopView plan includes access to all models, watermark-free exports and a commercial license. Pro and Business include API access; Ultra and Team do not use plan credits on the API. Prices on the pricing page exclude VAT and local taxes. Promotions on this page change often, so confirm the number at checkout.
A TopView credit buys seconds of one model, and Pro buys very few of them
TopView is unusually honest in one respect: every plan card prints an estimate of what the credits buy. On the annual Pro card it reads "~ 640s of Seedance 2.5 720P /year". Flip to monthly and the same card says "~ 53s of Seedance 2.5 720P/mo". Both numbers come straight from the rate table further down the page, where Seedance 2.5 at 720P costs 6 credits for every 4 seconds of output.
Put that next to how a performance team actually works. A single UGC-style ad for Meta or TikTok is usually 15 to 30 seconds, and nobody ships the first render. You generate a few takes, keep one, and then cut hook variants. On Pro monthly, 80 credits is one 30 second clip plus change. On Business monthly, 250 credits is about five and a half. The plans are sensibly priced for someone making the occasional short video. They are thin for anyone planning a creative testing calendar.
Two more details change the arithmetic. The 20 percent discount on Seedance 2.5 720P credits that the Business and Ultra cards advertise shows up in the annual comparison table and not in the monthly one, where both plans are listed at the base rate. And annual Ultra does not hand you 6,000 credits on day one the way annual Pro and Business do: TopView's FAQ says "each month on your billing day you receive 1/12 of your annual credits" and "each monthly drop expires on your next billing day."
The rule to take away
Before you compare TopView against any other AI UGC tool, turn the plan into dollars per usable clip of a fixed length, on the model you will actually use, in the billing state you will actually pick. The sticker price answers none of those three questions.
TopView AI cost per 30 second video clip, every plan
Model: Seedance 2.5 at 720P, the default TopView uses in its own plan estimates. Base rate 6 credits per 4 seconds, so 45 credits for 30 seconds, or 36 credits where the plan's 20 percent discount applies. Price per credit is the plan price divided by the plan allowance. The multiplications are ours.
| Configuration | Price per credit | Credits per 30s clip | Cost per 30s clip | 30s clips a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro, monthly | $0.3625 | 45 | $16.31 | 1.8 |
| Business, monthly | $0.30 | 45 | $13.50 | 5.6 |
| Team, monthly, per seat | $0.26 | 45 | $11.70 | 11.1 per seat |
| Ultra, monthly, promotional $120 | $0.24 | 45 | $10.80 | 11.1 |
| Pro, annual | $0.20 | 45 | $9.00 | 1.8 on average |
| Business, annual | $0.176 | 36 | $6.34 | 6.9 on average |
| Team, annual, per seat | $0.112 | 36 | $4.03 | 13.9 per seat |
| Ultra, annual | $0.10 | 36 | $3.60 | 13.9 |
Ultra annual at $3.60 matches the figure in TopView's own plan comparison table, which is a useful cross-check on the method. The Team card also prints "$3.60/30s", while the plan's published price and allowance divide out to about $4.03, so treat the Team card figure with care. These are costs per generated clip, not per finished ad: if you keep one take in three, multiply by three. Unlimited generation modes are left out on purpose and covered in the next section.
Six TopView terms that matter more than the plan price
Pulled from TopView's pricing FAQ and its Terms of Service, which almost no review of TopView AI quotes.
A three day refund window
The terms allow a refund request "within three (3) days from the date of purchase", and only "provided that the credits allocated to your payment have not been consumed." Generate one test clip on day one and the window is effectively closed.
Unlimited use is billed back on a refund
If you used Unlimited tasks, TopView calculates their value "based on the number of Credits those tasks would otherwise have consumed" and deducts it from any refund. The unlimited models are included in the plan, not free of consequence.
Unlimited runs in the slow lane
The annual Ultra card's 60 day unlimited Seedance 2.5 access carries the note "wait times may be lengthy". The FAQ adds that unlimited jobs sit in the standard queue, that using only Unlimited mode can lower your priority, and that it is web interface only with no API, scripts or automation.
Credits do not roll over
Plan credits reset every cycle and unused credits are lost, except when you upgrade or switch from monthly to annual. Top-up packs are the exception: they stay valid for 24 months, and the cheapest 1,000 credit pack is reserved for Ultra Annual and Business Annual subscribers.
Tax: the two pages disagree
The pricing page says "Prices exclude VAT and local taxes, calculated at checkout." The Terms of Service say "All prices displayed to the Client include applicable sales tax." For a US buyer budgeting to the dollar, check the checkout total before you trust either sentence.
No direct downgrade
Business and annual members "cannot directly downgrade" to Pro or monthly. You cancel, wait out the period, and re-enroll. Subscriptions auto-renew, and closing an account forfeits remaining credits without refunding the current period.
Which TopView plan fits which buyer
Choose by the number of usable clips your month needs and by whether you need the API. Those two facts eliminate most of the grid before price enters the picture.
Pro, $29 or $16
A solo seller trying AI video for the first time, or a developer who wants API access at the lowest price. Not a testing budget: under two 30 second clips a month on either billing state.
Business, $75 or $44
The cheapest plan that keeps API access and gets the 720P discount on annual billing. About seven 30 second clips a month averaged over the year, with the whole year's credits upfront for a launch month.
Ultra, $150 or $50
The best rate per credit by a distance, if you pay for a year and work inside the web app. No API with plan credits, and each month's 500 credits expire, so it rewards steady weekly production rather than bursts.
Team, $130 or $56 a seat
An in-house content team or agency that needs shared assets, brand kits, co-editing and seat controls. The per seat price means a four person team on annual billing is $2,688 a year before top-ups.
TopView AI vs UGCGen, Creatify and Tagshop on price
TopView is a general AI video studio with a large model menu. The other three are narrower tools built around the ad itself. That difference shows up in what each one counts.
| Tool | Entry price, monthly | What the plan counts | Entry cost per unit | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TopView AI | $29 | Credits, spent per second of a chosen model | About $16.31 per 30s Seedance 2.5 clip | Teams that want many models and will pay annually |
| Creatify | $39 | Credits, 5 per 15 seconds | About $1.95 per 15s ad | Avatar ads at volume from a product link |
| Tagshop AI | $29 | Videos, 5 a month on Starter | $5.80 per video | Buyers who want a printed video cap |
| UGCGen | $49 | 100 ad generations on Starter; 50 Veo video renders plus 500 generations on Plus | $0.49 per ad generation; $2.98 per video render on Plus | DTC teams testing many UGC hooks a month |
Being straight about where TopView wins: on annual Ultra its raw cost per second of Seedance video is lower than anything else in this table, and no tool here offers a wider model menu. UGCGen Starter ads are built from an AI creator image with voiceover and captions; motion video renders start on Plus. The units differ, so compare on the ad you would actually ship. Tool by tool detail sits on the Creatify pricing and Tagshop AI pricing breakdowns.
Is TopView AI worth it in 2026?
TopView has earned its reputation for breadth. One subscription reaches Seedance, Kling, Veo, Wan, MiniMax and a stack of image models, with avatars, lip sync, a TikTok ad library browser and a URL to video tool. It also does something rivals avoid, which is printing a seconds-of-video estimate on each plan card. That transparency is why this page can show real per clip costs at all.
Worth it when
- You will commit to a year on Ultra and work inside the web app, where the rate falls to about $3.60 per 30 second clip.
- You want to experiment across many video models rather than run one repeatable ad format.
- You need API access and your volume fits Business annual.
- Waiting in a standard queue for unlimited generations is acceptable for your deadlines.
Look elsewhere when
- You want to pay monthly. Pro monthly is the most expensive way to buy a TopView clip by a factor of four.
- You need a predictable number of finished ads each month, not a pool of seconds that expires.
- You want to trial before committing. Three days with untouched credits is not a trial.
- Your team automates production, since Unlimited modes are blocked from scripts and the API.
The honest summary: TopView is good value on an annual Ultra commitment and expensive on a monthly Pro one, and its most quoted price is the weakest plan on the page. If what you actually want is a steady run of UGC-style ads for a store, a tool that counts ads is easier to budget. The switching case is laid out on our TopView AI alternative page.
TopView AI pricing questions
How much does TopView AI cost?
Billed monthly, TopView costs $29 for Pro, $75 for Business, $150 for Ultra (shown at $120 during the current promotion) and $130 per seat for Team. Billed annually the same plans are $16, $44, $50 and $56 per seat a month, charged as $192, $528, $599.90 and $672 per seat. Enterprise is quoted. The pricing page lists prices before VAT and local taxes.
How many credits do you get with TopView AI?
Monthly plans give 80 credits on Pro, 250 on Business, 500 on Ultra and 500 per seat on Team, reset every cycle. Annual Pro and Business deliver the full year upfront, 960 and 3,000 credits. Annual Ultra and Team deliver 500 credits each month, and each monthly drop expires on your next billing day.
What does a TopView AI video cost per clip?
A 30 second Seedance 2.5 clip at 720P uses 45 credits at the base rate, or 36 where a 20 percent plan discount applies. That comes to about $16.31 on Pro monthly, $13.50 on Business monthly, $9.00 on Pro annual, $6.34 on Business annual and $3.60 on Ultra annual. Multiply by your discard rate for the cost of a finished ad.
Is TopView AI free?
No free plan card appears on TopView's pricing page as read on September 15, 2026; it shows four paid plans and Enterprise. Some reviews mention a small trial allowance. The "unlimited and free generations" on the cards are image and video models included with a paid plan, running in a standard queue, not a free tier.
Can you get a refund from TopView AI?
Only within three days of purchase and only if the credits from that payment are untouched, according to TopView's terms. Any bonus or Unlimited usage is valued in credits and deducted. After that window, cancelling stops renewal but the current period is not refunded, and closing the account forfeits remaining credits.
Does TopView AI have an API?
Yes. TopView's FAQ says Pro and Business include API and MCP access, while Ultra and Team include MCP but no API with plan credits. Unlimited generations never run through the API, scripts or automation. If programmatic production matters, Business annual is the realistic floor, and Enterprise adds a dedicated API credit pool.
What is the TopView Ultra plan?
Ultra is TopView's lowest cost per credit plan: $50 a month billed annually ($599.90 a year) or $150 a month list on monthly billing. It carries 500 credits a month that expire monthly, 12 concurrent tasks and discounted Seedance 2.5 credits. On annual billing it adds a 40 percent discount on 1080P credits and a 60 day unlimited Seedance 2.5 window that runs in the standard queue.
Is TopView AI legit?
Yes. TopView is run by TOPVIEW PTE. LTD., registered at 20 Collyer Quay in Singapore, with a listed office in Chino Hills, California. It charges in US dollars through Stripe and publishes full terms. The risks worth weighing are commercial ones: a short refund window, expiring credits and no direct downgrade path.
